Why we started Fair Affiliate
Players had nowhere to take a dispute that the casino couldn't quietly ignore.
If a casino sits on your withdrawal or closes your account, your options are thin. Support replies with templates. Licence regulators move slowly, if at all. Forum threads get buried.
We started Fair Affiliate to give disputes a place where they can't be ignored quietly.
Public by default
A fair complaint goes on the record, on the casino's own page, next to how they responded. Casinos that solve things fast look good for it. Casinos that don't, don't.
Fair to casinos too
We review every complaint before it's published, and casinos get their own account to answer in public. A plan for faster notifications never changes a rating: everyone is judged by what they do.
What's next
We're starting with the ten biggest crypto casinos and adding more as players ask for them. If something's gone wrong for you, file a complaint.
