How we review a complaint
What happens between you pressing send and a dispute going live on a casino's page.
Every complaint that reaches Fair Affiliate is read by a person before anything is published. Here's what that looks like.
1. We check it's a real dispute
We look at what happened, what the casino told you, and what you're asking for. A dispute needs a clear claim, a casino account we can identify, and something the casino could actually do to fix it.
2. We ask for what's missing
Most complaints need one more thing: a transaction ID, a screenshot of a support chat, the date of a withdrawal. If we need it, we'll ask you directly in your complaint thread. Nothing is public at this stage.
3. We publish the fair ones
Once the facts hold up, the complaint goes live on the casino's page and the casino is notified straight away. Your casino username and evidence stay private: only we and the casino see them.
4. The casino answers in public
Casinos reply from their own verified account. When the issue is fixed, you mark it resolved, and that's recorded on their page for good.
Some complaints don't get published: if it's a misunderstanding of the rules, a duplicate, or there's nothing the casino did wrong. When that happens we tell you why.
