Stars: how many disputes

Every casino starts at 5.0 stars (100%). Each dispute we publish takes 1% off, whether or not it is later solved. If we judge a casino to be a bad actor, it drops to 1 star.

Colour: how they handle them

GoodSolves at least 75% of disputes and usually replies within 48 hours.
MixedSolves some disputes, or is slow to answer.
PoorSolves fewer than 40% of disputes, takes more than a week to reply, or is blacklisted.

A dispute counts as unsolved once it has been open for 14 days without a fix.
