Terms of service

The short version

Fair Affiliate is an independent place to raise disputes with online casinos. Tell us the truth, don't abuse the site, and understand that we can help put pressure on a casino but can't force it to pay you.

By using the site or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use it

You need to be 18 or older, and old enough to gamble legally where you live.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, because anything done through your Fair Affiliate account is treated as done by you. One account per person.

Filing a complaint

• Everything you submit has to be true and about your own account, unless we've agreed otherwise.
• Don't upload or link to anything you don't have the right to share, and don't post other people's personal details.
• We review every complaint, but we decide whether to publish it. We may ask you for more information first, and we may close a complaint that's unclear, abusive or not backed up.
• When we publish a complaint, you allow us to show it on the site, share it on our social channels (including X), and send it to the casino involved. You can ask us to remove your name from it at any time.
• Our staff can also publish disputes we've found elsewhere, such as public posts on social media. These are marked with their source.

What we can and can't do

We contact the casino, follow up, and publish how they respond. We can't make a casino pay, reopen an account or change a decision. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. If you need that, talk to a lawyer.

Ratings and the blacklist

Casino ratings, certification badges and the blacklist reflect how casinos handle disputes with players. They're our opinion, based on the cases and the evidence we have, and they are not a review of whether a casino's games are fair. We can change a rating, suspend a certification or update the blacklist whenever the facts change.

Casinos and operators

Casinos that sign in to respond to complaints must reply honestly and only for the brand they represent. Certification and notification plans are agreed with us directly, and we can suspend a badge if a casino stops meeting the criteria. Paying for a plan never buys a better rating or a removed complaint.

Things you can't do

Don't post false or misleading complaints, impersonate anyone, harass staff, players or casinos, try to break or overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to advertise. We can remove content and close accounts that do.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and ratings belong to Fair Affiliate. You're welcome to link to and quote published cases with credit. Certified casinos can embed their badge as described on the certification page.

Liability

We run the site with care, but it's provided as it is. We aren't responsible for what casinos do, for losses from gambling, or for the site being unavailable now and then. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
