- Answers published disputes within 48 hours
- Solves at least 75% of disputes
- Not on our blacklist, and no open disputes older than two weeks
- A named contact who can reply to us directly
What it means
A Good rating is earned by the numbers. Certification adds a human check: we talk to your team, confirm there is someone who answers us, and then vouch for you publicly. It is reviewed as your record changes.
How the badge works
- Apply with the form below. We check your record and talk to your team.
- Get your embed code. Once approved it appears in your operator panel: one line of HTML for your footer.
- The badge stays live. It is served from our site and links to your certificate page, so players can check it's real. Lose certification and it changes automatically.
